Freedom Isn’t Free…Yet.

As I’ve indicated elsewhere, I fervently agree that zero is not just another number. Free (even in the beer sense) is something different. Free begins to approach infinity in cases where the coefficient of friction (i.e., barriers to entry) is really low. And as great as it is to have things free as in beer, people will start wanting things that are free as in freedom.
