Militant grammarians agree, it’s “Twenty-Ten” not “Two-thousand ten.”  After all, two-thousand doesn’t follow after nineteen, does it?  Also, these guys must have inspired David Foster Wallace, I’m sure.

I miss Calvin and Hobbes’ unabashed philosophical brilliance.

    Glad to hear you weighing in on the topic. My prediction is that we won’t be saying “twenty” until 2012
