Well, if anyone was worried about Obama pulling his punches, he certainly didn’t hold any back at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The opportunity for satire gives you at least some faith that the wheels are still turning, and just possibly at a higher level than is easily parsed in the mainstream political climate.

That was a speech I can believe in. I even think it was funnier than Kimmel’s, but self-deprecation is a powerful tool.
